Job Profile: Conduct successful Transitions for the line of service/ business Handle engagement specific escalations Be innovative to fine tune Transition process Keep customers internal and external updated with deliverables Understanding the processes and preparing the process maps Driving the transition plans that will enable clients to migrate processes seamlessly. Provide support in site readiness including the technology (IT) and telecommunication.
