Key Responsibilities
Support transition planning, documentation, and reporting.
Assist in due diligence, knowledge transfer, and process mapping.
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders on progress tracking.
Help identify risks and escalate where necessary.
Maintain accurate records, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.
Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in operations, PMO, or transition support.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working with global teams.
