- We are seeking a talented and motivated Online Bidder to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and others. This is a performance-driven role with lucrative variable pay depending upon individual performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to provide clear and concise responses to tender questions within specified deadlines and targets. We encourage both males and females to apply for this position.Responsibilities :- Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.- Analyse client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.- Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered.- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client\'s requirement and acquisition.- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget- Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales.Requirements :- Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)- Proposal writing- Knowledge of drafting business proposals- Business development process- Business sales strategy- Analyse marketing trends.- Great interpersonal and communication skills- Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic.Location :- Jaipur(preferably)- Remote/Hybrid- We offer a competitive compensation package, including lucrative variable pay based on individual performance.
