Transformer Design:
- Designing various types of transformers, including power transformers and distribution transformers, based on customer specifications and industry standards.
Technical Specifications:
- Creating detailed technical specifications for transformer components, such as windings, cores, tap changers, and bushings.
Calculations and Simulations:
- Performing electrical calculations, simulations, and testing to validate transformer designs and ensure they meet performance requirements.
Compliance:
- Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards (e.g., ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, DOE) and safety regulations.
Documentation:
- Preparing comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and material lists.
