Experience Required: 3-10 years in Transformer Quality Control / Testing
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transformer Quality professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in power transformer manufacturing, testing, inspection, and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process and final inspection of power/distribution transformers
Review and verify test reports, quality documentation, and inspection records
Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and customer specifications
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with production, design, and testing teams to maintain quality targets
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience in transformer manufacturing quality or testing
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
