Position: Transformer Head (Manufacturing & Operations)Key Responsibilities
Lead end?to?end manufacturing operations of Power Transformers.
Supervise design, assembly, testing, and quality assurance processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams for timely delivery.
Drive innovation, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements in transformer production.
Mentor and train engineering teams for skill development and operational excellence.
Desired Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
8-12 years of experience in transformer manufacturing or heavy electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of transformer design, testing protocols, and quality standards (IS/IEC).
Proven leadership in managing production teams and large contracts.
Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and project execution.
Skills Preferred
Expertise in CAD/Design software for electrical systems.
Hands?on experience with testing equipment and quality audits.
Strong communication and client coordination abilities.
