Job Description

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

Qualification Criteria:

15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with 5+ years managing cloud adoption, migration, modernization, transformation, transition or optimization programs. Proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud adoption, migration, and modernization projects. Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies. Strong knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native development methodologies. Understanding of cloud architectures, security frameworks, and automation strategies. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for cloud programs. Excellent leadership, communication, risk management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive innovation, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

Preferred certifications (at least one of the following preferred):

PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 Practitioner SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Scrum Master AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner (preferred but not mandatory)
