Job Title: Transfer Pricing Manager

Purpose of the Job
To manage and oversee transfer pricing strategies, compliance, and documentation to ensure alignment with international regulations, mitigate tax risks, and support Aramex's global operations.

Transfer pricing

• Reviewing Related Party Transactions data with the Finance team for Financial Accounts and TP reports.
• Monitoring, preparing, reviewing and filing the Related Party Transactions disclosure forms for tax purposes and supporting the related party disclosures for the Financial Statements where needed.
• Preparing/Reviewing local country TP reports as per local guidelines and rules, including liaising with tax advisors.
• Preparing / reviewing the TP Masterfile, TP Policy and other required documents for TP Compliance and filing.
• Preparation of the CbC Report including adjustments in line with the OECD and local country regulations as required.
• Filing of the CbC Report in the UPE country as well as secondary filing, if required.
• Perform risk review of the CbCR.
• Filing of CbCR Notifications across all jurisdictions.
• Maintaining status reports for:

• TP reports preparation progress.
• CbCR notification deadlines and filing
• Maintain and update TP annual compliance calendar.
• Preparing responses to Tax Audit queries and liaising with Tax Advisors.
• Review of BEPS projects.
• Review of existing TP model and recommending improvements.
• Assist with preparation and review of all Inter-company agreements from a TP perspective.
• Advise on group structures and inter-company re-organizations and any other tax projects as required from time to time to meet business needs.
• Must have good understanding of DTAA and WHT implications.
• Build good relations with advisors, in-house Legal, Finance and business teams across the network.

Economic substance

• Prepare, review and file ESR Notifications and ESR Report in UAE, Bahrain, Bermuda.
• Maintain status report for ESR notification and ESR filing

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international taxation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
• Experience in managing transfer pricing audits and developing documentation.
