Job Title: Transfer Agent - Outbound Calls (US Shift)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Transfer Agent to join our outbound team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers (parents), verify Right Party Contact (RPC), and seamlessly transfer the call to the next available academic counselor. No sales pitch or product explanation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads (parents) during U.S. working hours.
Identify and verify the Right Party Contact (parent).
Transfer the verified call to the available academic counselor in real-time.
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to transfer protocols.
Update call status and disposition accurately in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with counselors and report any call-related issues to the TL.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Freshers with basic spoken English and communication skills.
Comfortable with night shifts (US Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST).
Willingness to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
Prior calling/BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and call-handling software is an advantage.What
