We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience to support commercial property transactions. The role involves lease documentation, maintaining accurate data, collecting property information, preparing presentations, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and updating of lease documents and agreements.
Maintain accurate property, client, and lease data in company systems.
Collect property details, availability, and pricing through surveys, calls, and research.
Prepare simple reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
Coordinate with Sales, Admin, IT, and Accounts teams for smooth transaction flow.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides).
Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce or related field.
2-3 years of experience in coordination, data management, or real estate support (commercial real estate preferred).
