Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management
Handle
end-to-end resale property transactions
from booking to registration
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, brokers, and internal sales teams
Track deal milestones and ensure timely closures
Customer Coordination
Act as a single point of contact for clients during the transaction phase
Resolve transaction-related issues and escalations
Provide regular status updates to all stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Law / Real Estate preferred)
2-5 years
of experience in resale property transactions
Strong knowledge of
real estate documentation and local property laws
Experience dealing with banks, legal teams, and registration offices
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and documentation tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in
residential resale / secondary market
Knowledge of local circle rates, stamp duty, and registration norms
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
