As a Real Estate professional, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions and representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Your primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, staying current on market trends, negotiating deals, and ensuring legal compliance throughout the real estate process. The role demands a combination of interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and business acumen to successfully navigate the complexities of the real estate industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
Identify potential clients and markets through research, networking, and other means, and develop targeted strategies to approach them.
Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or lease.
Create compelling property listings, including photographs and detailed descriptions.
Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
Analyse property values and assess market conditions to provide accurate advice to clients.
Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Mediate between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth and mutually beneficial deals.
Ensure all transactions comply with regulations.
Review and prepare necessary engagement documentation, and contracts.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
Maintain key relationships with stakeholders both on the demand and supply side.
Key market mapping to ensure a 360-degree control of the transactional elements of the business needs.
Organizing property inspections with clients and landlords.
Attend networking events and stay informed about industry trends.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, including sales pipeline, client relationships, and revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria
Post-Graduate with 05-10 years of work experience in Leasing & Transaction Management Business across Industrial and Warehousing clusters in Pune or key industrial locations across the country.
Preferred client servicing experience in an IPC (International Property Consulting) firm, with existing relationships of Industrial and Logistics clients and partner network
Excellent Communication Skills and proficiency in written & verbal communication.
Relevant experience in running the complete transaction process on end-to-end basis.
