Transaction Manager

to drive

real estate leasing transactions

across Industrial & Logistics (I&L) clusters. If you thrive in a high-performance environment and have a proven track record of

client acquisition, market analysis, and negotiation

Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagement for buying, selling, and leasing of I&L properties Execute end-to-end transaction process including pricing, marketing, negotiations, and documentation Conduct in-depth market mapping and maintain stakeholder relationships on both demand and supply sides Stay updated on Punes industrial landscape (e.g., Chakan, Talegaon) Work closely with senior leadership to report market trends and revenue pipelines

Eligibility

Postgraduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience in I&L leasing Preferred background in an IPC (e.g., JLL, CBRE, C&W) Proven client network and industry connects across Pune or other key hubs
