Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking and other sources Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growing corporate companies and secure business. Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyse the possible commercial office space requirement. Build and maintain excellent relationships Negotiations: should be able to get the deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller Documentation: Understand the deal and get actively involved in due diligence process and documentation thereafter Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to clients Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both the investment and development side of real estate) Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
