Job Summary:
The Training Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Learning & Development function by assisting in planning, organizing, and delivering training programs for all levels of hotel associates. The role ensures that all employees receive continuous learning opportunities to enhance service excellence, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and departmental discussions.
Coordinate and deliver induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Support the Training Manager in developing and updating annual training calendars.
Organize and maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations.
Conduct soft skills and on-the-job training sessions when required.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
Liaise with department heads to ensure training compliance with brand standards.
Assist in coordinating external training programs and workshops.
Prepare monthly training reports and maintain training documentation.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the property.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hospitality training or HR.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
