Job Description

Develop, deliver, and manage training programs for all levels of production staff (machine operators, assemblers, quality inspectors, etc.). Create and update training materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and documentation in line with cable manufacturing processes. Train new hires on company policies, safety procedures, machinery operation, and product specifications. Conduct skills assessments and maintain training records for all production employees. Coordinate cross-training initiatives to improve workforce flexibility and productivity. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Partner with supervisors, engineers, and HR to identify training needs and performance gaps. Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and training methods relevant to cable production.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
