Job Description

- Overall responsible for skill work Line daily production activities .


- Preparation of Shopfloor Training center and In-charge of training center.


- Training program Brazing, 5'S, Safety, Screwing, Product training, Air-conditioning Cycling , Wiring .


- Certified Brazing Trainer - From Japan


- Everyday Line patrolling for brazing quality improvement.


- Monitor & improve the Training Related KPIs on daily basis by taking feedback from shopfloor


- Responsible for producing brazing quality product .


- New employee training of 3 days for all production line covering all imp topics


- Continue activities on shop floor to improve the morale of the employee.


- Arranging Olympiad for the Skill Improvement


- In-charge for production consumable and factory stationary material.


- Monitor production consumable per unit cost, Procurement and Consumption.


- Every month monitor top 5 high cost material, and make action plan for cost saving.


- In-charge of Kaizen Room. All type improvement activity done by Kaizen room.


- Support to all production line for make new trolley, Jig, table for improvement.


- New Model Development for Manufacturing, New Implementation, For Brazing process.


- 70% of his job is training management and 30 % is Consumable & Kaizen activities


- Plan for Manpower reduction and action in accordance with fluctuation in production Plan


- Work adjustment with other lines


- Work adjustment with other department
