The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering education and training management.Key Responsibilities: Training Center Development:

• Design and establish a state-of-the-art training center, including layout, resources, and necessary technologies.

Curriculum Development:

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience in training program development and management, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
