The Training Specialist is a member of the Quality and Training department in Global Customer Service and supports all training needs for the organization as determined by the Customer Service Management. The Training Specialist provides facilitation, course development, occasional design and additional learning and development assistance to Accurate employees while maintaining a consultative relationship with leadership. The Training Specialist will collaborate with internal clients to analyze and provide instructor-led and blended learning solutions. The Training Specialist also will be responsible for analyzing the success of Accurate's Customer Service training curriculum and developing new content when needed.
