Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our global Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and skilled in leveraging modern tools and technologies to drive employee development across a global organization.
What will you be doing?

• Design and help deliver engaging training programs aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
• Develop multimedia learning content using a variety of video, audio, and presentation tools.
• Manage and optimize learning experiences on platforms like Skillsoft, LMS365, or similar.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across global teams to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance personalization, automate content generation, and improve learner engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and learning analytics.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of training design, documentation, and delivery.

Who are You?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development.
• Hands-on experience with learning platforms (e.g., Skillsoft, LMS365, Cornerstone).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., ClipChamp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with AI applications in learning (e.g., chatbots, adaptive learning, generative content).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and cultures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

What competencies will you need?

• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
