Job Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Training Sales Executive
to join our team. Whether you are a fresher eager to build a career in sales or an experienced professional in business development, this role offers a great opportunity to grow while helping organizations access world-class training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, HR/L&D departments, training managers).
Promote and sell our portfolio of training programs and workshops.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate training solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery of training programs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Management preferred but not mandatory).
Fresher with excellent communication and persuasion skills OR experienced in sales/business development (preferably in training/education/HR solutions).
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
