Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Training & Safety Engineer

to enhance the technical skills of our factory technicians and ensure workplace safety. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver continuous training programs on fabrication, assembly, and quality control of stainless steel process vessels and bioreactors. They will also oversee safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and implement best practices to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Training:

Develop and conduct structured training programs for factory technicians on welding, polishing, assembly, and testing of process vessels and bioreactors. Ensure continuous skill development to meet international quality standards. Maintain training records and evaluate technician competency.

2. Safety Supervision:

Monitor factory operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct safety drills, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce workplace hazards. Ensure adherence to ISO 45001 and other relevant safety standards.

3. Process & Quality Improvement:

Work closely with production and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes. Identify areas for improvement in fabrication and finishing techniques. Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in stainless steel process equipment or bioprocess industry. Experience in technical training and safety management. Knowledge of welding, polishing, and pressure vessel fabrication. Familiarity with safety regulations, ISO 45001, and workplace risk assessment. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in safety management (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) is an advantage. Experience in pharmaceutical or bioprocess equipment manufacturing. Ability to develop training materials and conduct hands-on session

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
