Key Responsibilities:
Training the new hires on product & Sales
Conduct refresher Training
Monitor, evaluate, and audit telesales calls to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Provide regular feedback to telesales executives and suggest improvements.
Identify training needs based on call quality and performance gaps.
Prepare and maintain quality reports and audit summaries.
Collaborate with team leaders to drive performance and adherence to process.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Assist in leading and mentoring a team, as and when required.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5-6 years in telesales with exposure to call auditing or quality control.
Age
:- Minimum
30years
Able to deliver product & process training
Strong understanding of sales techniques and call handling standards.
Good listening, analytical, and feedback-giving skills.
Ability to train, lead, mentor, and motivate team members.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and call monitoring tools (if any).
