Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Needs Assessment:

Identifying training needs by evaluating employee performance and gaps in skills.

Program Design & Development:

Creating and developing training programs, curricula, and instructional materials for various learning formats.

Implementation & Coordination:

Scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth delivery of programs.

Material Creation:

Developing and maintaining both online and printed learning materials and resources.

Evaluation & Reporting:

Assessing the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and reporting results to management.

Vendor Management:

Collaborating with and managing external vendors or subcontractors for specialized training needs.

Onboarding:

Creating and implementing onboarding training for new hires to help them integrate into the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Organizational Skills:

Essential for managing schedules, resources, and multiple training projects simultaneously.

Communication Skills:

To interact effectively with employees, trainers, management, and external partners.

Instructional Design:

Ability to understand and apply principles of adult learning to create engaging content.

Needs Analysis:

The ability to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.

Budget Management:

Overseeing and managing the budget allocated for training initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,933.69 - ₹38,447.29 per month
