We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our organization as a
Training & Process Documentation Specialist
. The role will focus on analyzing existing workflows (warehouse and office operations), documenting them into structured formats such as process flow charts, SOPs, and task mappings, and then converting these into an accessible training library (video + written). This training library will serve as a standardized reference for current employees and onboarding of new hires.
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Documentation
Observe, analyze, and document existing workflows of warehouse and office staff.
Map each task against the responsible staff member (doer).
Create detailed
process flow charts
, SOPs, and FMS (Facility Management System/Task Management) mappings.
Training Material Development
Develop structured training content, including
step-by-step guides, checklists, and video tutorials
.
Collaborate with staff to create
video recordings
of day-to-day tasks and standardize them into a training video library.
Create role-based training modules tailored to each job profile (warehouse picker, packer, office coordinator, accounts, etc.).
Knowledge Management
Build and maintain a central
training repository/library
(digital knowledge base).
Regularly update training material as processes evolve.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, accuracy, and clarity in documentation.
Training & Onboarding
Conduct induction and refresher training sessions using the created materials.
Support HR in onboarding new staff with profile-specific training modules.
Assess effectiveness of training and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR, or related field.
1-5 years of experience
in process documentation, training, or operations management- Freshers can also apply
Strong knowledge of
MS Office, flowcharting tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.), and video editing tools
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to observe, analyze, and simplify complex workflows into structured SOPs.
Preferred Experience
Experience in
process automation, ERP/FMS mapping
, and knowledge library development.
Capability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.

Compensation
