Job Summary:

Swami Devi Dyal Group of Professional Institutions invites applications for the position of

Training and Placement Officer

. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between students and the industry by establishing strong industry-academia relationships and organizing placement and training activities.

This is a full-time, on-campus position that includes accommodation and additional benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

MBA in any stream from a recognized university/institution

Experience:

Minimum

2-4 years

of relevant experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations, preferably in an educational institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, industrial visits, and internship programs. Conduct training programs on soft skills, aptitude, resume writing, and interview techniques for students. Coordinate with academic departments to align student skill development with industry expectations. Maintain a database of students, recruiters, and placement records. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management regarding placement statistics and progress. Foster alumni relations for mentorship and placement support.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and networking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and placement management systems Ability to work with students, faculty, and industry professionals
