- Responsibilities and Duties
- Searching Resumes from US Job boards (Dice, Techfech, Monster) and Prime Vendors, Messengers.
- Interaction with Vendors and getting resumes from them.
- Submission of the eligible resumes to the Clients.
- Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews with candidate and client.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the client.
