Job Description

The Placement drives student placements by organizing job fairs, building employer partnerships, and managing placement processes.

Required - Male Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to maximize placements. Organize job fairs, campus interviews, and alumni meet-ups. Build strong industry and employer connections. Analyze market trends and recommend course updates. Address student and employer queries, providing solutions. Streamline workflows and implement SOPs. Monitor placement effectiveness and improve processes. Maintain student records and employer feedback. Achieve placement targets and report key metrics. Lead and develop the placement team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant field. Experience in career services, recruitment, or IT education. Strong networking, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of IT industry trends and hiring processes. Familiarity with resume building, interview prep, and career counseling.
