Key Responsibilities

Placement Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive placement strategy. Secure internships and final placement opportunities for students. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.

Student Training:

Design and implement training programs for soft skills and interview preparation. Collaborate with faculty to align curriculum with industry needs.

Corporate Relations:

Organize campus recruitment drives, placement fairs, and industry visits. Establish and leverage a strong alumni network for placements and mentorship.

Operations & Reporting:

Manage student placement data and corporate contacts. Prepare reports on placement performance for leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 7 years in training and placement, preferably in higher education.

Education:

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.

Core Competencies:

Proven track record in successful placements. Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of industry recruitment practices. Proficiency in placement management software.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
