Role Summary:

The Training & Placement Officer is responsible for managing campus placements, industry relations, student training programs, and career guidance to enhance students' employability and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate campus placement drives, job fairs. Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters Organize employability training programs Guide students on career planning, resumes, interviews, and job readiness Maintain student placement records, recruiter data, and placement statistics Coordinate with academic departments for internship and placement support Arrange industrial visits, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions Promote institutional brand to recruiters and corporate partners Ensure placement policies and procedures are followed

Pay: ?23,446.00 - ?28,400.00 per month
