Training & Placement Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop & sustain industry relationships for campus placements Analyze hiring trends & market intelligence to shape placement strategies Coordinate with faculty, student representatives for improving employ ability Represent the institute in HR/industry events Organize placement training to prepare students Identify training needs of students Plan annual T&P budget Maintain database of student profiles, conduct placement drives, assist in job searches

Age Below 30

Graduation With excellent communication skills, with Fluent English

MBA (HR/Marketing Preference )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
