Role Overview
The
Training Operations & Program Coordinator
is responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of training programs to ensure smooth, professional, and flawless delivery.
This role requires a high level of
personal presence, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
, as the individual represents SCG while interacting with clients, trainers, venue partners, and vendors. In addition, the role contributes to the
continuous innovation of experiential learning activities
.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Program Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to understand program objectives, timelines, and delivery requirements
Ensure training materials are prepared, packed, and dispatched in coordination with the logistics team
Maintain detailed readiness checklists for every program
Client & Venue Coordination
Coordinate with clients to confirm training dates, venue bookings, and setup requirements
Ensure venues meet training needs, including seating layout, space, and infrastructure
Conduct pre-session venue checks to confirm complete readiness
On-Ground Execution Support
Support seamless program execution by being present on-site or coordinating remotely
Verify audio systems, microphones, sound setup, and training equipment prior to session start
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues during delivery
Vendor & Travel Coordination
Coordinate with cab and car rental vendors for trainer and team travel
Manage bookings, schedules, and service quality in line with program timelines
Learning Activity R&D and Innovation
Conduct regular research on experiential learning activities, simulations, and games
Source, adapt, and propose new activities aligned with program objectives
Collaborate with trainers to customize or co-create new games and learning exercises
Document activities, learning outcomes, and debrief guidelines for reuse
Process & Quality Control
Ensure all arrangements are completed as per defined standards and timelines
Anticipate risks and proactively address gaps before program delivery
Share post-program feedback and improvement suggestions with internal teams
Skills & Competencies
Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal presence and professional conduct
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Creative mindset with interest in experiential learning and activity design
Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and composed in dynamic environments
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per training schedules
Qualifications & Experience
2-5 years of experience in training coordination, program management, event management, or learning operations
Exposure to corporate training or experiential learning programs preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree mandatory
