Our diverse team provides energy consulting, system design, EPC project management, and end-to-end maintenance across all steam and hot water infrastructure. We also offer specialised industry training to upskill operators and technicians working with boiler systems.
The Role:
O'Brien is building a Centre of Excellence and expanding our training capability. We're looking for a digitally strong, organised, and proactive coordinator to support our RTO (Registered Training Organisation) and digital learning operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage learner enrolments, onboarding & daily client support
Administer LMS platforms (aXcelerate) and upload/update courses
Create digital assets (videos, templates, resources)
Assist in building online modules and knowledge products
Support marketing, capability statements, product listings & e-commerce
Coordinate with operations, compliance, and innovation teams
Ideal Candidate:
Strong digital capability (LMS/Learning Tools, MS 365, content creation)
Experience in training ops, digital learning, EdTech, or client operations
Excellent organisation & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy
Familiarity with Rise 360 / Storyline is a bonus

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
