Job Description

Position: Full-Time Role - School Skilling Program (Female Candidates Only)

We're looking for a dynamic and passionate

female professional

with a strong background in

training and development

, especially in

learner-centric pedagogy

, to lead and support our government school-skilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and mentor a national pool of trainers across India

Guide content implementation and ensure quality training delivery

Monitor, evaluate, and build the capacity of trainers

Travel Pan India for on-ground support and training

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in training or skilling, preferably in education

Strong understanding of learner-centric pedagogy & knowledge to execute relevant skills

Confident, works independently and leads trainer teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about impacting government school education

A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in training is preferred

Training-related certifications preferred

Must speak fluent English & Hindi
