Job Description

Responsible for creating and implementing a training program in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. Must utilize available resources to increase officer proficiency and oversee the professional development of security personnel. Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 On occasion, act as the Site Supervisor \xef\x82\xb7 Develop, implement, and monitor security officer training program. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct security related drills and exercises. \xef\x82\xb7 Create lesson plans and other training materials. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations. \xef\x82\xb7 Create testing and evaluation processes. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and implement a training budget. \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate needs of the security force and plan training programs accordingly. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and meetings. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide performance feedback. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct continuing education training. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide leadership development education. \xef\x82\xb7 Keep detailed training records. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and maintain shift schedule for all shifts \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and maintain uniform issue and replacement program \xef\x82\xb7 Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the security force training program and day-to-day operations. Required: \xef\x82\xb7 5 years experience managing unit/organizational training in a military/law enforcement environment \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated experience developing a training program of study to meet required standards \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in a leadership role \xef\x82\xb7 Successfully completed service equivalent instructor training course Related Skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Must have excellent computer skills, familiar with all Microsoft Office applications \xef\x82\xb7 Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 High Energy and Drive. \xef\x82\xb7 High collaboration/ team building skills. \xef\x82\xb7 High ownership and accountability. \xef\x82\xb7 Smart, quick thinker. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven leadership skills.
