SPYM is the designated Kshamta Kendra for Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir for capacity-building to strengthen the skills and knowledge of stakeholders working in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and support. Kshamta Kendra plays a vital role in empowering NGOs, CBOs, and health professionals through structured training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, in collaboration with respective State AIDS Control Societies (SACS).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Organize training programs - scheduling dates, venue, and resource persons in consultation with SACS.
Maintain communication and liaison with SACS for smooth coordination.
Coordinate with master trainers, NGOs/CBOs, and trainees for training delivery.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders.
Provide support in training reports, documentation, and knowledge management.
Manage hall arrangements and other logistics for trainings.
Assist in additional duties as required for the effective functioning of the center.
Travel: May be required (30% of total working days)
Who Can Apply:
Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience or 1 year of training experience in HIV/AIDS programme implementation.
Experience in training coordination, capacity building, or NGO/health sector projects will be preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel for training-related activities.
The project duration is till March 2026.
