The successful candidate will be in charge of training needs analysis, programme design, production, and evaluation. Authoring and constructing training modules for technical training utilising modern authoring tools is part of this position\'s responsibilities. The candidate must support live courses as well as report on other training-related activities as part of this function. In addition, the candidate will be expected to coordinate and interact with stakeholders to ensure that all courses are delivered on schedule, as well as organize resources and logistics. Key to this role is to be an excellent learner and to be able to take complex information and make it simple and easy to understand, using a variety of educational techniques. Candidates should have a love of teaching and learning and great enthusiasm for visual effects. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop course content, including but not limited to measurable learning objectives, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference glossaries, and knowledge assessments.
  • Creating Scripts for Training Videos, student handbooks, trainer handbooks & videos scripts.
  • Make Training materials in Story telling formats.
  • Author training material using authoring tools
  • Collaborate with operation team leads / SMEs to design training content
  • Collaborate with operations and support team stakeholders to identify areas needing training team support. Plan refreshers and classroom training as necessary
Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually from face-to-face to eLearning and virtual).
  • Upload, test and maintain content to an LMS.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of instructional design and training processes.
  • Potentially coach and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Identify and measure key metrics to track training effectiveness, business impact and ROI of training programs.
  • Create engaging and valid training evaluation exercises to evaluate training effectiveness and successful knowledge transfer
  • Contribute to projects as required and work closely with documentation and video editing colleagues
  • Engage in supporting process improvement and quality assurance projects/initiatives
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field .
  • Proven work experience with career progression in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing and delivering training solutions to large organizations
  • Extensive experience with authoring tools.
  • Solid project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, working with stakeholders, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, and video.
  • Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with learners and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated adult learning implementation and driving performance through impactful training.
Skills
  • Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate.
  • Multi-media development track record in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Experience with emerging tech trends for content creation.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiating skills with the ability to push back and drive stakeholder consensus on learning interventions and new programs.
  • Proven work experience as a Training materials Content Creator, Copywriteror similar role
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Experience in detailed training reporting \xe2\x80\x93 tracking, measuring and reporting on training metrics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to proofread own work.
  • Experience creating voice-overs and/or video tutorials.
  • Good command over English Language.
CTC- Upto 6 Lacs per annum.(Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn)Open to travel. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 930,000.00 - 955,000.00 per month Benefits:
