In this role, you will o versee Learning & competencies development by leading the global m tier structure update of job codes/competencies/competency matrixes and job descriptions for Tender and Project Management community. You will be responsible for: Coordinate yearly global m tier structure update for TPO M tiers with m tier owners to ensure simplification and harmonization across various m tiers Maintain job code structure and associated job descriptions up to date as per latest organizational changes Coordinate competence and matrix simplification with m tier owners based on any process updates or feedback for improvement received Support all aspects of updates regarding the Project & Bid Onboarding Digital page to ensure up to date and efficient training is available and accessible for full Tender and Project Management community. Ensure Digital page is up to date, reflecting the latest available fundamentals and m tier specific process summaries as well as available trainings. Maintain academy training overview list with up-to-date information regarding course content, job code allocation, competency level etc. Support the communication and sharing of any updates regarding M tier Structure or onboarding to the Project & Bid Community Monitor Onboarding page statistics and activity participation by following up KPIs and other reports as per requests Support any training development needs or certification activities as needed in collaboration with Training Manager or Learning Certification Coordinator In addition, you will: Be part of a team impacting Alstom\'s Projects and Bids at global scale Develop a multicultural mindset by interacting with teams located across the global the world Develop yourself in problem solving and simplification Your profile: Business Master\'s degree Competency development and training experience Technical knowledge of digital tools used to manage large quantities of data, sharepoint and digital learning platform Bid/Project/Program management experience Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once Strong communication and powerpoint presentation skills with all levels of the organization Ability to challenge the status quo Critical Thinking / Problem solving Conflict resolution Business Acumen Teamwork / collaboration Technical competences regarding digital learning tools and Alstom university toolbox is a big asset: MS Sharepoint, Bealink, Alstom LXP Platform, Elucidat, Easymovie for video creations etc. Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow\'s mobility.
