Job Opening: Training Manager
Location: Kurukshetra, Haryana
Qualifications:

• MBA with technical expertise (preferred)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector

• Proficiency in designing, managing, and delivering training programs for educators and staff

• Strong understanding of educational trends, technologies, and teacher development needs

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage training initiatives

• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements

• Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and curriculum will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute training programs to enhance the skills and performance of school staff and teachers

• Identify training needs and develop modules focused on professional development and curriculum enhancement

• Collaborate with school leadership to align training objectives with institutional goals

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements

• Stay updated on technological advancements and incorporate relevant tools into training sessions

• Build a positive and motivating learning culture within the organization

Salary Range: xe2x82xb945,000 - xe2x82xb950,000 per month
