Intermediate MS Office skills.

The Selling Partner Services organization is looking for a Training Manager at Bangalore.
The primary responsibilities include:

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of process training for India SPS team
  • Manage, coach, assess and develop the site trainers and coordinate their work
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to identify appropriate training curricula for strategic training initiatives, ensuring that training is appropriate to the training audience and designed to fulfill requirements with the optimal delivery methodology
  • Team with Regional Training Manager to set and execute the training strategy, infrastructure, best practices and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure complete, accurate and timely data collection and communication by trainers
  • Drive change management strategies.
  • Deploy, project manage and program manage instructional development activities to support investigator performance levels ongoing.
  • Partner with Site Leadership in interim and final evaluation of learner outcomes and performance to determine next steps
  • Lead by example, modeling Amazon's leadership principles
  • Travel Required (upto 10%)
Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Training Specialists and Senior Training Specialists
Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to help grow individual functional skills and leadership capability
Set goals for self and the team to achieve department- or function-level goals
Practice performance management and hold team members accountable for performance
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage delivery plans on all training types
Make hiring decisions by objectively assessing the Trainer role candidates against critical leadership principles
Plans for future business requirements and communicates the same across all stakeholder groups
Delegate responsibilities and provide stretch opportunities to team members thereby assisting in potential career growth
Model effective verbal and written communication which includes writing project/program docs and also contributing to business reviews
Own regional performance for Training related metrics and use RCA (root cause analysis) learning to collaborate with stakeholders to build PTG (path to greens)
Master's degree or higher (Any Stream).
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse talent within teams
Leadership experience in coaching, training and performance management
Experience in training, facilitation & learning methodologies
Advanced MS Office & SQL/Quicksight skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience writing executive level program reviews.
