Job Description

:
1. Lead Learning Design & Delivery:
Create structured, project-specific learning journeys covering onboarding, product mastery, soft skills, and advanced selling techniques.
2. Own Certification Readiness:
Ensure every team member is certified before launch through training evaluations, simulations, and assessments.
3. Content Development:
Design training decks, call scripts, e-learning modules, and bite-sized
microlearning content in collaboration with the marketing team.
4. Post-Training Evaluation:
Measure learning impact through conversion uplift, call quality improvement, and skill score progression
5. Drive Continuous Upskilling:
Introduce refresher modules, gamified learning formats, and periodic assessments to reinforce learning retention.
6. L&D Innovation:
Deploy dynamic learning technologies, virtual classrooms, and AI-driven simulations to enhance learner engagement and scalability.
7. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Marketing and Strategy teams to align training outcomes with business goals.
