About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Training Manager (Marketing)
with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing training programs for team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet business goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Conduct regular training sessions for sales and marketing teams to improve product knowledge, communication, and client engagement.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback from managers.
Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and guides.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements where necessary.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to align training with organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing training, team coaching, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor teams for performance improvement.
Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
