Job Description

Conduct regular visits to the assigned schools on a daily basis to observe and assess the implementation process Train the teachers on the academic implementation of the Kreedo curriculum Write detailed observation reports based on the visits. Offer guidance and support to school owners in implementing the Kreedo curriculum Own the on-boarding, product training and support function of Kreedo once the deal is closed by sales and BD team. Identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training methods. Asses training program effectiveness, stay updated on training requirements to ensure the organization's training initiatives are aligned with set.
