Role: Training Manager

Experience: 8+Years

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office -5days)

Job Type: Full-Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 15days

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement comprehensive training plans in alignment with project requirements.

? Collaborate with the Engagement/Project Manager to secure approval for training plans. ? Lead the execution of training programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.

? Manage and supervise a team of trainers, ensuring optimal performance and quality training delivery.

? Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

? Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Information Technology to enhance training content.

? Maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Key Requirements:

? Proven experience in direct stakeholder engagement (Mandatory).

? Prior experience working with government clients (Mandatory).

? Strong expertise in change management leadership and driving transformation initiatives.

? Hands-on experience in training methodology, training metrics, training plan development, and practical delivery.

? Knowledge of training metrics, ERP systems, and process adoption strategies.

? Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in government or public sector projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

? Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree such as BE/BTech/MTech/MBA or equivalent.

Experience:

o Minimum 8 years of overall experience in the IT and training industry.

o At least 4 years of exclusive experience in conducting IT-related training or teaching.

Skills:

o Proficiency in English and Kannada languages. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

? In-depth knowledge of Information Technology topics and tools.

? Proven track record of managing and delivering training programs successfully.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
