Job Title - Training Manager
Experience - 3 - 10 Years
Location - Bangalore, Mumbai, Indore
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:-
The Training Manager will be responsible for end-to-end training & capability development of new and existing employees across business functions. This role focuses on onboarding, capability enhancement, sales development, and fostering a continuous learning culture in the stock market & wealth management domain.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Onboarding Training for new employee.
• Deliver Refresher Training across department.
• Provide Product Training (Equity, MF, Derivatives, Insurance, PMS, AIF, etc.
• Conduct Sales & Client-Handling Trainin
• Deliver Soft-Skills & Communication Trainin
• Classroom & branch-level training across locations (travel required
• Provide hand-holding & mentoring for 90 days for new employee
• Conduct assessments & skill evaluations
• Track post-training performance & productivity
• Measure training ROI & report outcome
• Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI)
• Create training content, manuals, videos & module
• Stay updated with SEBI circulars & market update
• Drive automation in training & assessment (LMS
• Work with business heads & HR for capability buildin
• Skills:-
• Strong stock market & broking industry understandin
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Expertise in sales & soft-skills coaching.
• Content creation & digital learning design.
• Proficiency in MS Office & LMS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving ability.
• Passion for capital markets & continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel across locations Key KPIs.
• Training coverage & attendance.
• Training assessment & certification.
• New-joiner productivity within 90 days.
