Purpose
The Head of Capability Development is a key role in the team, primarily responsible for shaping, scoping, planning and managing delivery of the approach to capability development for our field force that meets both the organisation's current and future Talent/capability needs across skills, qualifications, leadership and management and the wider organisation transformation agenda. Responsibility
a. Ensure that the organization has a clear plan and framework to hire, Train and develop the capability it needs to deliver.
b. Partner with the Government institutions involved with skill development, like NSTI, ESSC, CSC, NSDC, etc. creating
1. Steady source of talent pool for the frontline roles
2. Training infrastructure sharing for Train and Hire talent
c. Create infrastructure to facilitate training for the new hire enabling Ready For Role (RFR) in hire and Train model
d. Ensure continuous skill development of the frontline talent ensuring readiness for the job
e. Drive the implement Learning/Capability framework, and initiatives on specific training program through:
1. training needs analyses to support business growth
2. program design and delivery
3. measurement of training effectiveness
f. Develop and facilitate a train the trainer model to support the distribution of behavioural and functional training content
g. Research vendors to provide services; managing and review vendor proposals, monitor quality of material, managing costs and assessing program effectiveness
h. Budget support, including tracking learning/ leadership and functional spends. Skills

b. Excellent leadership and relationship management skills with proven ability to influence at senior level, demonstrates insistence on the highest standards, and leads by example
c. Proven team building and communication skills, including the ability to lead others whilst managing significant uncertainty and ambiguity

Graduation: BE/ B.Tech
Post Grad: MBA from Tier-1 B school Experience
Overall 20 yrs of experience, Background of Government (NSTI/NSDC/ESSC/ITI), Educational Institutes in skill development, should have experience of Service Ops/ Customer Experience/ Business Ops and then moved to
L&D Level - GM/AVP/VP
Age - 35-45 Yrs
