Training Head - K12 Education - 15+ years - Mumbai
We are hiring a senior Training Head to lead and scale training and capacity-building initiatives across the K12 education ecosystem. This leadership role requires deep expertise in training strategy, training delivery to Teachers & Principals, educator development, and large-scale implementation aligned with national education priorities.
Location - Mumbai (Pan India Travel)

Responsibilities: * Define and drive the long-term training and capacity-building strategy for K12 educators, school leaders, and administrators.

• Design scalable, policy-aligned training frameworks incorporating NEP 2020, global best practices, and educational technology.
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and translate business objectives into structured learning roadmaps.
• Architect and oversee large-scale blended and digital training programs across multiple geographies.
• Establish assessment frameworks and use analytics to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and learning outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage master trainers while engaging key stakeholders, boards, and external partners.

Requirements: * M.Ed / B.Ed or relevant qualification in Education, Training, or Organizational Development.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in training design, delivery, and leadership within K12 or the education ecosystem.
• Proven experience in conceptualizing and scaling large training programs impacting thousands of educators.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, capacity building, assessment strategies, and policy-aligned training.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
• Proficiency in digital learning platforms, blended learning models, and training analytics, with willingness to travel Pan-India.
