The Training Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs by managing training data, records, and coordination with training institutes. The role involves maintaining participant details, schedules, attendance, and reports, ensuring accurate documentation for audits and performance evaluation. The incumbent will assist the Training Coordinator in organizing training activities, support delivery of technical and law-enforcement-focused training programs, and coordinate with internal teams, laboratories, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective training operations.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and manage
training-related data
and coordinate closely with designated training institutes to ensure smooth implementation of training programmes.
Maintain
participant details

Assist the
Training Coordinator

Assist in conducting
technical training programs
in coordination with relevant laboratories and crime analysis teams.
Support delivery of training content relevant to
Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
and other stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA / PG degree from a
recognized university/institution
.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in managing and conducting training programs at reputed organizations.
Basic
analytical skills
to interpret training data, prepare reports, and support evaluation of training programs.
Proficiency in
Office Tools
such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Certification in
Office Tools

will be preferred.
