Training Calendar Management:
Develop and maintain annual/quarterly training calendars aligning with organizational goals.
Session Scheduling & Coordination:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, ensuring maximum participation and
resource utilization.
Trainer Onboarding & Coordination:
Liaise with internal/external trainers, manage onboarding formalities, and provide session-
related support.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
Collaborate with business teams and managers to identify skill gaps and create appropriate
training interventions.
Pre- & Post-Training Activities:
Prepare training materials, PPTs, attendance sheets, and track post-training assessments and
reports.
Feedback Collection & Analysis:
Gather and analyze participant feedback to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Training Logistics & Resource Management:
Ensure smooth training execution, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and resource
availability.
Content & E-learning Support:
Coordinate with content developers, manage e-learning modules, and support digital training
initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed training records, dashboards, and provide periodic training MIS to
management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in an MFI or BFSI sector.
Strong knowledge of training operations, calendar management, and TNA processes.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in Tamil (mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and e-learning platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
