Needs Assessment: Analyze skill gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, and department consultations. Content Development: Design and create training materials, curriculums, and e-learning modules. Training Delivery: Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and training, both virtually and in-person. Evaluation: Measure training ROI and effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback. Administration: Maintain training records, databases, and manage training budgets/resources.
